So about a week or two ago I found a lump just behind Tango's girth-line, it wasn't very big or anything and just looked like she had scuffed her belly on something and took a chunk of hair out. It was dry and such so I didn't think much of it.

On Wednesday, I had a look at it again to find it was a bit bigger and it had a honey like crust on it, I cleaned it with Hibi Scrub and warm water and then put a green anti-bacterial/ fly replant jell on it.

Today, it was actually weeping the honey coloured substance and is 6 inchs long by 4 inchs wide and is 2 inches off her barrel. I did the same as I did on Wednesday, making sure I gave it a good scrub. It doesn't seem to be causing her pain. But its like just a weeping mass. I have no idea what it is or could be other than a sarcoid or a bug bit gone septic. I've told her owner and ill have to see what she'll do about it.

Anyone got any ideas ?

I believe those are Summer Sores, my pony gelding got them once and I wish I could remember what the vet had us do but it's been seven years now D:
Definitely ring your vet! <3

Yeah I'm hoping she gets one out asap but It's not my place to say. For now all I can do is groom her and clean it till I get word. I don't really wanna throw a saddle on her since its rather close to the girth-line and most likely cause her pain or annoyance
