Okay so I don't usually put super personal stuff on here but I feel like its some sort of an achievement that need to share. Since I've started riding again and getting out of the house more I've lost 6 pounds. It might not seem like alot, but it is for me. Because of the depressed, anxiety riddled person I am I used to comfort eat a lot and I didn't go out at all, so I wouldn't burn off what I ate. Leaving my to be a rather large person and leaving me more self-conscious. I con honestly say with in a month and a half, I've become a more happy, active person and I hope it continues !
